Recently, our company accepted a client's commission to provide professional installation and some material production services for a brand new renovated store. In this project, we were responsible for the production and installation of the column wrapping boards, the engraving and sticking of the store logo, and the assembly and placement of display props in the window. Although time was tight, we completed the task successfully within less than a day from production to installation, ensuring the smooth progress of the project through our rich experience and exquisite skills.

#High Drop Technology#

High drop: refers not to the thickness of the material, but to the high variation in the level of the printing surface, meaning the distance between the highest and lowest points on the material surface. Some materials, although thin, may have a very high uneven drop on their surface.

Ordinary printing only requires raising the printhead of the printer to a safe height, ensuring it does not touch the material surface, allowing for printing and writing operations. However, while this method can complete the printing, it is very difficult to distinguish the details of the patterns (the picture pattern is essentially unrecognizable), because precise control of the ink dots is a challenge; each droplet of ink is extremely delicate, controlled by voltage and precisely placed on the material. If these drop points cannot be correctly controlled, it is like a person walking on an uneven road losing balance; if the ink drops cannot be accurately placed on the intended spot, a clear pattern will ultimately be impossible to form.
