Recently, at the client's request, we assisted in setting up for a large-scale annual meeting. The main task was to produce and set up a series of event display materials. The entrance truss, serving as the welcoming entry, was crafted with wooden structures covered with scrim. Wall displays utilized Forex and KT boards, known for their clarity and durability. Floor stickers provided directional guidance while lightboxes enhanced the overall ambiance. Stage arrangements included carpets, LED wall decorations, and podiums. Outdoor entranceways were adorned with flags and display stands. This comprehensive project involved various material types, each requiring meticulous design and production. Our team's integrated production expertise and outstanding installation capabilities ensured every process ran smoothly.
Despite facing time constraints and the challenge of diversified material production, we maintained strict control over the details in this project. Through the team's efficient collaboration and standardized processes, all materials were produced and installed on time, ensuring timely project delivery, and creating a professional and visually striking display effect for the event.

In southern regions, the high humidity environment brought by the "returning humidity" poses a great challenge for storing and using advertising displays. In issue 43 of our monthly newsletter, we briefly introduced daily methods to tackle the returning humidity. In this issue, we will provide detailed guidance on how to maintain advertising displays during the returning humidity, helping brand shops better protect their displays and avoid damage caused by dampness.
1. Moisture-proof measures
Use dehumidifying equipment and desiccants: Place dehumidifiers or activate the dehumidifying function of air conditioners, and use desiccants to absorb moisture.
Choice of waterproof materials: Prefer waterproof and moisture-resistant materials such as laminated posters, PVC boards, or waterproof fabrics.
2. Advertising display surface treatment
Lamination protection: Apply waterproof laminates on the surface of the displays to prevent dampness, fading, and stains.
Regular wiping: Gently wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove water droplets or fog, avoiding prolonged contact.
Anti-mildew treatment: If mildew spots are found, promptly wipe with an anti-mildew agent or diluted alcohol.
3. Storage and display suggestions
Off-ground storage: Place advertising displays on elevated stands or cabinets to avoid contact with damp floors.
Avoid wall proximity: Maintain a certain distance between displays and walls to prevent moisture during damp weather.
Use moisture-proof display cabinets: Protect valuable or delicate displays using moisture-proof display cabinets.
4. Regular inspection and maintenance
Daily inspection: During the "returning humidity" period, check the condition of displays daily and promptly address any water droplets or fog.
Replace damaged displays: Quickly replace displays that are waterlogged, faded, or deformed to maintain brand image.
By implementing these measures, brand shops can effectively manage humidity issues, protect advertising displays, extend their lifespan, and uphold their brand image.
