Christmas POP-UP: A Spectacular Bloom of Dreamlike Display

This Christmas, strolling through the Christmas POP-UP inside a Hong Kong shopping mall feels like stepping into a secret realm illuminated by starlight and fairy tales. Everywhere the eyes fall, it is a dreamland.
The POP-UP presents a magical town named Noëlia. Nestled by a lakeside and embraced by drifting snow and shimmering starlight, the town gently awakens when kindness gathers and the light of giving is ignited. Scattered throughout the town are several creative cabins — each one a miniature Christmas sanctuary. These cabins serve as extensions of the brands’ Christmas window displays inside the mall, allowing the festive storytelling to flow from store interiors into the heart of the mall.
Among these creations, we collaborated with a French brand to develop an exclusive window display for the POP-UP. From concept to execution, we were deeply involved in every step. From lively hand-painted lacquer details, unique custom Christmas trees, and snowy foam mountains to the striking 3D logo letters, each display prop was meticulously crafted. The installation schedule provided by the mall was extremely tight, posing a serious challenge to our preparation and on-site coordination. Yet with our experience and seamless teamwork, we ensured timely completion while delivering a refined festive atmosphere that brings the dreamlike scene vividly to life.
The Christmas POP-UP combines static displays, dynamic landscapes, and interactive installations. Looking up inside the mall, an 11-meter-tall lighthouse rises magnificently, atop which Noëlia’s wise owl soars in midair, while a dreamy airship glides across the sky in a graceful arc. Interactive elements add a touch of magic. When the Eternal Clock Tower chimes, the Ambassador of Joy emerges, dancing with lively motion, igniting excitement in an instant. The entire Christmas installation unfolds like an enchanting world, inviting every visitor to lose themselves within it.
