In recent years, UV printing technology has expanded beyond the advertising industry and is now widely used in industrial and architectural decoration fields.

Recently, a construction company commissioned us to decorate a wall. Traditional adhesive backing methods generally result in average effects and poor durability. The client had high demands for color fidelity and durability, so we opted for UV direct printing on decorative panels. This approach is eco-friendly and durable, effectively resists UV rays to reduce fading, and, combined with pre-printing treatment processes, is very suitable for long-term wall decoration needs.

The primary use of the image is functional rather than for ordinary display, so we must ensure it is scratch-resistant and durable. Thanks to our unique processing methods, the provided samples passed the client's scratch resistance test on the first attempt.

Given the large size of the image, the decorative panels need to be joined during production. Any color inconsistency at the joint areas would greatly affect the overall viewing experience. With our professional equipment and rich color-matching experience, we strictly control the quality and color at every production stage to ensure seamless and consistent color at joining areas.

Additionally, using decorative panels with a thickness of 25mm posed significant challenges for both transport and printing, increasing the production difficulty. Ultimately, with collective effort, we successfully completed this production project to high standards.
