A luxury brand plans to custom print a batch of special materials due to event requirements. Although our company is well-versed in conventional printing tasks and has amassed extensive experience in custom printing special materials (including premium display props), this project remains challenging. Known for its high standards and strict requirements, the brand has an intense focus on details and quality. Therefore, this is not only a technical test but also a comprehensive assessment of service quality and professional capability.
Material Specifications
The burlap and textured paper specified by the client are not standard printing materials and have unique textures that require testing - particularly critical for display props requiring dimensional visual integrity. We swiftly conducted multiple printing tests on these materials and studied their characteristics, including ink absorption, texture effects, and color performance. Additionally, we precisely adjusted printing parameters to ensure each square inch of the image is perfectly rendered, maintaining the natural texture of the materials, while achieving accurate color reproduction.

Color Control
18 Colors, 18 Times the Ultimate Pursuit
With Pantone's 18 colors, each represents the brand's pursuit of perfection - a standard especially crucial for display props demanding brand identity precision. We meticulously printed multiple sets of color samples and communicated repeatedly with the client until we found the most accurate color expression. Each time we adjusted colors, we engaged in a dialogue with perfection.

Double-Sided Printing
0.1 mm Error, 100% Focus
The precise alignment for double-sided printing is the biggest challenge of this project , particularly for translucent display props requiring backlit illumination. A 0.1 mm error can impact the overall effect. We treated it as a piece of art, meticulously calibrating equipment and strictly controlling processes to ensure each layer of ink overlapped perfectly and aligned precisely.
